3. Weighing & Payment

• Scrap is weighed transparently at the pickup location.
• Payment is made immediately after weighing via cash or online transfer.
• Once payment is completed, the transaction is final.

4. Booking & Cancellation

• Customers must provide accurate pickup location and scrap details.
• Bookings cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations after team arrival may attract visit or inspection charges.

5. Building Demolition Services

For demolition projects, customers must ensure legal permissions and site access. Scrap Buyer Point is not responsible for delays caused by lack of approvals or restricted access.

6. Safety & Site Responsibility

Customers must ensure safe access to the scrap or demolition site. Scrap Buyer Point is not liable for damages caused due to unsafe site conditions not disclosed prior to service.

7. Limitation Of Liability
