Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only if a confirmed pickup is cancelled by us.
• If the customer cancels the booking before our team is dispatched, any advance payment (if made) will be refunded.
• If our team reaches the pickup location and the customer cancels or refuses to sell scrap, visit or inspection charges are non-refundable.
• Once scrap is collected, weighed, and payment is completed, the transaction is final and no refund will be issued.

Scrap Pricing & Weighing

Scrap prices are decided based on the current market rate and on-site inspection. Weights are measured transparently at the pickup location. After confirmation and payment, no refund or price revision is applicable.

Building Demolition Refund Policy

For demolition services, advance payments are non-refundable once work has started. If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting inspection or site visit charges.

Refund Processing Time
